Ken’s Carpets did an incredible job installing new flooring in our kitchen, dining room, living room and hallway. The work was completed in only a couple of days. The flooring is beautiful! Our house has been transformed into a gorgeous living space. Feels like a brand new home. The crew of 2 (Husband & Wife) were such a great team & it was a pleasure to have them around. Lena was absolutely great to work with as we were having carpet installed in 4 rooms and 4 stair cases. Nader and his team did a fantastic job installing as they took great care to make sure our complicated stairs were done right. They worked long hours to complete the job on time and to their high standards. Not only did Ken's Carpets offer me the best customer service but also the lowest price! Lena (Sales) was fantastic in narrowing down options to find exactly what I was looking for and she checked in with me every few days to see if/how she could help if needed.
The installers did an amazing job, quick, efficient and were in and out in 1 day.
My basement has surely been transformed into a whole new living space! My family was rarely in the basement before and it has now become the space where we love to hang out.
